Our Process

If you see an available puppy or upcoming litter that peaks your interest, please submit an application on our “Apply” page.

If approved, deposits are payable via Zelle and are transferable but non-refundable. We will not hold a puppy without a deposit. Your deposit amount will be applied toward the total balance and is not an additional fee. Deposits on unborn litters are approved on a very limited basis. Once deposit is received, we will send our agreement via email. We must receive the signed agreement back within 7 days. If we do not receive the signed agreement back within 7 days with no contact, your pup or waiting list spot may be sold to someone else at that time. Although, your deposit may still be transferred to another available puppy or future litter.

All puppies are sold as pet/companion on limited registration unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Full registration with breeding rights is only available to approved breeding homes and only for puppies deemed to be of breeding quality by Grace Oaks Aussies.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a transaction for any reason. If we initiate a cancellation, a full refund will be issued. If the client initiates a cancellation, no refunds will be issued.
